Sam Fichtner is a Los Angeles-based filmmaker. After growing up in and around New York City theater, Sam developed a passion for film direction, which he studied at Bowdoin College and at FAMU Institute in Prague. He has worked in production on such projects as "Veep", "Glow" and "Westworld." He worked for several years under Ben Affleck at Pearl Street Films and shadowed Mr. Affleck on three feature films before branching out to direct his award winning short film "Thick as Thieves". Sam Fichtner made his feature filmmaking debut in 2021 with the film "Framed By My Husband" which debuted on Lifetime.
