Dyana Winkler

One of Variety's 2019 top 10 documentary filmmakers to watch for, Dyana Winkler is an Emmy-nominated filmmaker, straddling the worlds of both fiction and documentary. Her documentary, UNITED SKATES, which she wrote, directed, and produced, was executive produced by John Legend, and had its World Premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival where it won the Audience Award and was acquired by HBO. Winkler is currently in post production on her second feature film, HAWAIIAN VACATION, which she wrote and directed. Winkler's work has been supported by the Sundance Film Institute, Film Independent, Women In Film, Chicken and Egg, New York Council for the Arts, and many more. Originally from Hawaii, Winkler currently lives and works in Los Angeles, CA.
